January 2002-Scott E. Dority & Associates joins nationwide group of select agents committed to expertise in the area of Workers Compensation

The Certified WorkComp Advisor Institute is an intensive immersion in WorkComp for the insurance professional desiring specialized education and a credible professional designation in WorkComp. The program is a comprehensive course of study followed by a final exam.

Students receive a Certificate of Achievement upon completing the course and passing the exam. Each year, Certified WorkComp Advisors must recertify by taking and passing an exam.

The purpose of the training is to educate selected insurance brokers to find and fix errors that are rampant in the WorkComp system. While many insurance brokers focus on safety and injury prevention, the Institute’s thrust is the Workers’ Compensation process The Certified WorkComp Advisor Designation requires layers of eligibility and practical experience along with the Institute’s training and examination
